The International Journal of Cutting-Edge Technologies in Science, Engineering and Management (ICETSEM) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that advances emerging technologies and innovative practices across science, engineering, and management disciplines.

ICETSEM provides a space for sharing new ideas, methods, and practical uses that tackle current issues in technology-focused areas. ICETSEM welcomes original research articles, review papers, and extended versions of high-quality conference papers, provided they offer significant new insights beyond previously published work. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure originality, relevance, clarity, and academic quality. The journal aims not only to maintain high publication standards but also to ensure a fair, timely, and balanced review process, supporting authors and reviewers throughout the publication lifecycle.

General Journal Guidelines for Authors: ICETSEM publishes research articles and review papers in the areas of science, engineering, and management. Research articles should include

  • Clear motivation and objectives of the work
  • An overview of relevant and recent literature
  • Explicit statement of novelty and contribution
  • Appropriate theoretical or methodological background
  • Experimental results, case studies, or illustrative examples
  • Discussion of findings and conclusions

Article Length: Research articles are typically 8–14 pages, and review articles may be longer. Page limits are flexible. If scientifically justified, we may consider submissions that exceed or fall below these ranges.

Manuscript Preparation: Authors are required to strictly follow the ICETSEM manuscript template and formatting guidelines available on the journal website. Manuscripts not prepared according to the template may be returned for revision before review.

Conference Paper Extensions: Extended versions of previously published conference papers may be considered, provided that:

  • The journal submission contains substantial new material
  • Added content has not been published elsewhere
  • The manuscript includes expanded analysis, discussion, examples, or methodology

New results are encouraged but not mandatory; however, the extension must clearly demonstrate added scholarly value beyond the conference version.

Peer Review: All submissions go through a double-blind peer review processs to make sure they are original, relevant, clear, and scientifically sound.

Aims and Scope: ICETSEM publishes original, high-quality research that advances emerging technologies and interdisciplinary approaches across science, engineering, and management. The journal welcomes innovative theoretical and applied contributions aligned with its stated aims and scope.

Publication Frequency: ICETSEM follows a continuous publication model with one online issue per year. Accepted papers are published online with complete bibliographic details as soon as they are ready and are compiled into a single annual issue.

Open Access Policy: ICETSEM is an open-access journal, providing immediate and free access to all published content. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided proper attribution is given.

eISSN (Online): Under Process

Publication Fee: ICETSEM does not charge any submission or publication fees. All articles are published free of charge for authors.
